How to Live in a Dementia World - Donations
By 2050, the number of people with dementia and mild cognitive impairment in Japan will exceed 12 million.
We are now living in an era where people are expected to live to 100 years old, and we are fast approaching an era in which everyone will be living with dementia.
What if a loved one develops dementia? What if you develop dementia?
Instead of being afraid of dementia and giving up on life once you have it,
Even if you develop dementia, you can still feel joy and purpose in life and live happily.
We aim to create a world where this kind of everyday life is the norm.
To achieve this, everyone needs to understand the world of living with dementia,
Eliminating the erroneous prejudices and misunderstandings about dementia is
We believe that this will solve the difficulties faced by those with disabilities as well as the problems faced by their families and caregivers.
Since publishing the book "How to Live in a Dementia World," we have been working on the following:
Our goal is to change everyone's perception of dementia and create a kinder world where no one suffers from dementia.
We will continue to take on the challenge, but we cannot do it alone.
We need the help of all our citizens. Please entrust your thoughts to us.
Please consider donating to the Global Walking with Dementia Project.
